Customer journey

Here is a brief introduction to the customer journey for your users.
Stage 1

Log in and buy

In order to be able to link to your subscription so that you can control it yourself, you must first log in and approve the subscription. We recommend logging in with Vipps. Once you have approved your login in Vipps, you must open your browser again afterwards. For example, if you start your Safari login on an iPhone, you must return to Safari after the sign-in is complete.
Stage 2

Complete the purchase

After you have logged in and clicked pay with Vipps you will be directed to Vipps to approve your subscription. There you will encounter a screen where you must approve sharing information with the company from which you buy the subscription. For example, you need to share your name in cases where you are going to receive goods in the mail.
Stage 3

Congratulations! You're done

Hurray, you have now completed the purchase!

You can check your email account for a confirmation email. If you don't see it, you can search for “Periode” or check your spam e-mail filter.
Stage 4

Manage and manage yourself!

You can always go to http://minside.periode.no/ and manage your subscription yourself!
