We contacted board member Ingrid Ihle after a couple of months to hear how the process with Periode has been.
“Since the coverage rate in the bike lanes is far lower than the number of residents, we landed on the service to be a payable service for residents with bicycles in active use. With the combination of Periode and Vipps, we got a simple system for charging, complete with admin page for control and overview. The service is relatively simple and intuitive to use and is well suited for, for example, board members who primarily work with completely different things than payment.” Ingrid writes.
Our goal since the beginning has been to create a solution that will make it possible that you do not need a large degree of technical expertise, either to get started or to manage subscriptions. The feedback from the drilling team was therefore incredibly rewarding and we want to continue developing, simplifying and streamlining our solution even more.
In conclusion in the feedback Ingrid writes;
